These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Sportync Tech Private Limited ("Sportync", "we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the https://www.sportync.com website as well as the SportYNC mobile application and associated services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing our website or downloading and using our mobile application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with all of these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using our Services and must discontinue use immediately.

Supplemental terms and conditions or policies (including our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy) that may be posted from time to time are hereby expressly incorporated herein by reference.

The Services are intended for individuals interested in sports training, coaching, and academy management. Users must be at least 13 years of age to register directly.

Minors under the age of 18 ("Learners") may participate in academy batches and sports training programs only with the verified permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Parents and legal guardians assume full responsibility for their child's use of the app and academy attendance.

To access certain features of the platform, you may be required to register using your mobile phone number and verify your identity via a One-Time Password (OTP).

You agree to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

You represent and warrant that all registration details provided are accurate, current, and complete, and you agree to promptly update them whenever changes occur.

Sportync operates as an operating platform connecting learners, coaches, and sports academies. Training batches, court schedules, skill assessments, and coaching methodologies are set and conducted by individual academy partners.

The mobile application provides digital attendance verification (including optional camera-based face verification and QR check-ins) to accurately log learner sessions.

Academies reserve the right to establish venue rules, equipment requirements, and code of conduct for on-ground training sessions.

Enrollment fees for coaching batches, memberships, and academy sessions are processed through our authorized and PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway, Razorpay.

By confirming an enrollment booking, you authorize the charge of the specified amount to your selected payment method. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.

Cancellations and refunds are governed strictly by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Unless otherwise indicated, the Services, website, mobile application, source code, databases, interactive features, UI designs, audio/video assets, text, and trademarks (including "Sportync" and the Sportync logo) are owned by or licensed to Sportync Tech Private Limited and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform solely for personal training, coaching, or academy administrative purposes.

You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the application; (b) use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Services; (c) tamper with attendance verification, geolocation, or payment records; (d) harass, abuse, or harm other users, coaches, or staff; (e) upload malicious software or compromise server infrastructure; or (f) use the platform for any unlawful or unauthorized commercial purpose.

Sports training and physical athletic exercises involve inherent risk of physical injury, strain, or accidents.

Sportync provides digital management and scheduling tools, but does not provide medical advice or physical training supervision. Users and guardians must consult qualified healthcare practitioners before engaging in strenuous sports activities.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sportync Tech Private Limited is not liable for any physical injuries, illnesses, or property damage sustained during on-court training sessions or at academy venues.

You may terminate your account at any time directly through the mobile application (Settings > Delete Account) or by visiting our dedicated Account Deletion portal (https://www.sportync.com/account-deletion).

Sportync reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms of Use, engage in fraudulent behavior, or disrupt academy operations.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.

Any legal dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
