Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Sportync Tech Private Limited ("Sportync"), we are committed to providing a reliable, transparent, and high-quality sports training management platform for learners, coaches, and sports academies.

This Refund and Cancellation Policy details the terms governing batch enrollment cancellations, session booking modifications, and fee refund eligibility for purchases made via the Sportync website and the SportYNC mobile application.

Learners may request the cancellation of an upcoming batch enrollment or scheduled coaching session up to 24 hours prior to the batch start date or session commencement.

Cancellations submitted within this permissible window will be processed without any administrative cancellation fee.

Once your cancellation request is confirmed, you will receive an in-app status update and an email confirmation sent to your registered address.

Full Refund: You are eligible for a full refund if a coaching program or batch is cancelled by the academy or coach, or if technical errors cause duplicate fee deductions on our payment gateway.

Partial Refund / Pro-Rata: In cases where a student discontinues after attending initial sessions due to documented medical reasons or relocation, academies may grant a pro-rata refund for unattended sessions, subject to academy manager approval.

Non-Refundable Situations: Fees are non-refundable once a batch has concluded or for sessions missed without prior notice to the academy.

Refund requests are reviewed and verified within 48 to 72 business hours upon submission.

Once approved, refunds are initiated immediately through our payment partner, Razorpay, and will be credited back to your original source of payment (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, or Net Banking) within 5 to 7 business days.

Depending on your issuing bank, the credited amount may take an additional 1 to 2 business days to reflect on your statement.

In-App: Go to your Profile > Enrollments / Transactions > Select the Batch > Request Cancellation.

Email Support: Send an email to support@sportync.com with your registered mobile number, Order/Transaction ID, and the reason for your cancellation.

Individual sports academies and specialized training programs may establish supplementary batch rules, uniform policies, or tournament fees. These specific terms are communicated during batch selection and operate in harmony with this policy.
